The War Room:
They have hip hop, reggae, 80s nights. It changes depending on the promoter. You can predict the crowd by looking at the line that builds up around 11PM to 12PM. There's an entry fee for this club some nights.

Other Travel Tips
Capital Hill is a very gay-friendly area and is full of a lot of shops, as well as many restaurants, bars, and dance clubs. A late-20's male can visit all the bars and clubs, check out a lot of places to shop on Broadway (of Sir Mixalot's "My Posse's on Broadway) or head downtown, which is just a short walk or bus ride. From Safeco Field, it's about 2 miles away. You definitely don't Need a car to get around as this area is well served by Metro (bus transit) and parking is a real bear so it's probably best not to have a car unless you have reserved parking or don't mind searching.
Capitol Hill is generally the LBTG section of Seattle. There are shops and churches that cater to all types of people there, but it is a bit pricey there.
If you have the time, you can walk to Safeco Field from there. If you want to get there quicker, you may want a car, but parking can be a headache. You may want to take the bus or a taxi instead.
