Need Energy?

Travel Info
What can I do to have more energy. Other than drinking coffee.

Travel Tips
Instead of coffee, drink Xs energy drinks. Xs drinks come in caffeine -free and caffeine with the same level as a cup of coffee. They contain no sugar, no carbs, and lots of B vitamins to give you a shot of real energy, not the sugar crash. They have eight different flavors and the best part is they taste great. I order them online at:

look under incredible edibles.

Drink green tea with ginseng ( Juze has it) or buy so real ginseng it always helps. Coffee is good for the moment, but not for the long run.
Start eating healthy or have a detox this weekend.
Exercise and eat fruits and vegetables, plus get plenty of sleep.
eat fruits and vegies get lots of sleep, stay away from sugar(only gives temerary boost then it makes you tired) exersize, stuff like that!
Eat High Fiber stuff and get lots of sleep - you may be suffering from sleep deprivation - which means you have some catching up to do.
Once you are rested and fed -
go to the Gym and use the Treadmill and other aerobic hardware.
Try drinking more water than usual. Sometimes you are low on energy because your body is dehydrated. I find that a big cold glass wakes me right up, and I don't have to worry about spending money on coffee!
Excercise, excercise, and more excercise. Wake-up and work-out and you will notice the difference immediately.
