What are some romantic places to see and do in Seattle? |
Travel Info I'm interning in Seattle for the next three months and my boyfriend's gonna come up and stay with me... but i have no clue what's up in that region of the country! Travel Tips Key west is a fun place to go though it may be a long walk . Others Woodland Park Zoo Pikes Place Market Seattle Aquarium Seattle Center (Please avoid the EMP, it's embarrassing) Blake Island Tour Snoqualmie Falls Seattle Waterfront San Juan Islands (Friday Harbor, etc...) Have fun! Romantic places? Walking on the beaches, along the waterfront in Seattle are nice. There are some nice restaurants in Seattle. A popular place is The Old Spaghetti Factory. A ferry boat ride at sunset is "romantic" as well. You can walk on the ferry, ride to the other side, stay on if you would like, and ride back. Or sightsee on one of the islands. That's all I can think of. Once you get up here, and take a look in the phone book, etc., you will get some good ideas. Go to the top of the Space Needle and have dinner!!! That's super romantic! SPENDY.... but romantic!! go to a cruise on the puget sound or on the lakes..... go to the mountains...or make out with your boyfriend hundreds of feet above the ground in the seattle's famous space needle restaurant... If you go to 3rd and Battery in Bell-town area, there is Marrakesh Moroccan food restaurant , it is dimly lit very personal, the waiters wash your hands before and after dinner, the ambiance is wonderful and if you make reservations on a Fri or Sat night a belly dancer will dance for the restaurant, something you and your boyfriend might like. Dinner for 2 will cost you only 40 dollars or so and it is worth it |
