How long does it take to get from bellevue to udist to shoreline, wa in the morning of a weekday over the 520? |
Travel Info I have to be at a class at 7:40 (actual start time is 8am) Wed thru Saturday at the Shoreline Conference Center. I'll be staying in North Bellevue (almost in Redmond). I will be picking up a passenger in the U District near University Village. When should I plan on leaving, given typical Seattle traffic? (If a train is traveling from Bellevue to Shoreline at 50mph....LOL) Travel Tips If you are close to Redmond, hopefully you are close to 520. At 6-7, 520 going west shouldn't be horribly bad at that time. I'd say you should probably be leaving around 6:45-7, considering you'll have to get off 520 and go over to U-Village, then get onto I-5 from there. Getting off and back on the freeway is going to take some time. Others Way too long. You need to rethink this plan. To get from Bellevue/Redmond to Shoreline, you do not need to cross a bridge, and crossing a bridge is what you need to avoid at all costs. Just keep going north on 405, and take 522 across to Shoreline. Lisa A is saying - "forget about picking up a passenger in the U District". That is good advice - don't complicate your life with Hangers On who can take a Bus. |
