Any good bars in Bellingham?

There are OK bars in B'ham, but no good ones. You have to go to Seattle for the good ones. No one under 21 is allowed in a bar in Washington. You're allowed to go to war at 18, but not in to a bar. Figure that one out!

There are a lot of bars in the downtown area. Bellingham is a college town, so there is a large clientele. Sorry, legal age in Washington is 21, your friend won't be allowed in.
