Thanks and more power Travel Tips Depends, if you are really on a tight budget, I suggest you fly into singapore, and spend a day or two (most expensive of three countries) there and take a bus to Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur, 5hr Trip, USD 10-15), You can take your time here as there are plenty of budget hotels, bed/breakfast, and even homestay program. From here, you can opt to take a flight to bangkok (Airasia has a good deal) or take bus into Songhkla and make your way up to bangkok (13hrs journey!) from there. It really depends on whether you are planning to rough it out Lonely Planet style, or opt for convenience at the lowest prices. From Thailand, you may want to just fly off back to your home country rather than making your way back to Malaysia/Singapore. Others Train or bus.
