A phrase in Chinese dialect Hokkien, it means afraid to lose
Others
Kiasu means "afraid of losing" in Hokkien or Taiwanese.

P.S: I don't speak Hokkien, though.
Afraid to lose
scared or afraid of losing. for example, bringing an umbrella out on a bright and sunny day just in case it rains. (even though the weather forecast says that there will definitely be NO rain.)
