My brother has a Chinese ( 100% from China) friend lived with him ( That house rent by the company). He told me that this guy spit everywhere even it is at home. In the other hand i had lived with China man when i was study at US but i don't found that kind of problem. I think it is depend on which area they are coming from. Education might help.
