You can eat satay just about anywhere in Singapore, especially at any of the hawker or food centres and in many of the food courts located in shopping malls. In the evening outside Lau Pa Sat food centre, they close off one street ouside the food centre, and there are dozens of food stalls who sell nothing but Satay, basically an entire street full of Satay stalls. Lau Pa Sat is in the financial district and any taxi driver will know how to get there. At the East Coast Lagoon Hawker Centre and other hawker centres as well, many of the stalls might close around 3:00 for a break before they open again later in the day, although many remain open. I'm getting hungry just writing about it, have fun.
Bugis Junction - take the MRT to Bugis.
I've tried the best Satay there.
You can eat Satay at Lau Pa Sat... Nearest MRT station: Tanjong Pagar
