the meaning itself is actually 'Night Market'. the best plc is still Bugis St but they do have actually in the neighbourhood but i dun really say it is pasar malam coz they sell during the day & infact the items sold are not much except that the stalls r selling the same items as the other, try Bugis St. its the best i can say

They move from town to town...so can't really tell you where they are now.But for similar experience you may try Bugis Village..
