She is entitled to your CPF money even without nominations however, it may take a long time before the money is pass to her. Go do up a nomination as it doesnt take too long to do it and make up a will at the same time. All you need is 2 witness that have no benifits from the will to prove that you were of sound mind.

if you don't want to do any nomination yet. and are really afriad of "these issue". you can get a lawyer to file a "will" for you. it is not expensive to get a will done.
