Ah beng is a phrase used to descibe men in their teens or 20s who are sloppy looking, with absurd hairstyles wearing tight tucked-in shirts. It can also be used to descibe those who are not fluent in english. For females we call them Ah lian. Malaysia boleh is a Malay word.
