Great place to gathering at SIngapore?

I'm thinking to have a gathering party at Singapore, at 1st I'm thinking to go to Ministry of Sound (MOS), but then the cost of bringing arround 15 people there is too much, which is arround S$800++,

I'm trying to cut down the cost, and the fun still there...
is there anyone know where is a good place for chillings, with a great music, with great martini's??

but a great place for gathering in sg will be a steamboat at marina south!
try out chikkis in river valley road , they give lot of discounts and great martinis being served.
