Ask Hindu Association of Singapore or something... http://www.heb.gov.sg/ They don't socialise openly because of the language and culture differences, so you have to be more specific in your questions. If you don't believe me you may go on-line for TODAY newspaper and read yourself what was written in the "your voices" section today written by an expatriates whom living in Singapore. |
