As I know, there will be a pasar malam near Khatib MRT station coming soon because I saw them setting up the place as of today.
Bugis Village is a on going pasar malam all year round. You can also bring them to Serangoon Road Mustafa.
there will surely have pasar malam all year round. just that it all depends on where you staying.
