First you have to go to Harbourfront MRT station (NE1), then travel down to Outram Park MRT Interchange station (NE3/EW 16 ). Transfer to the East-West line and take towards Tanah Merah (EW4), where you are required to change to the train to Changi Airport (CG2). Refer to the map below, it will be easier.
