The night zoo is open from around 6pm to midnight and showcases animals (a virtual zoo-full of them) using soft lighting. Underwater world at Sentosa Island is pretty good. You can take a cable car from Sentosa to Singapore which is an adventure in itself. It partly depends on what you enjoy doing or seeing, so more information might get a better response.
