Need help with the name of 80'sTV show.? |
Travel Info The first one was an American show. The lyrics to the opening song went like this I'm a story teller and my stories must be told I have many stories, tales for both the young and old then soemthing,, something, something (I dont reallly know the rest) but there a part that goes In germany im Johan, In America Im John Does this ring a bell with anyone? The second show was south African. I think it was in Xhosa/Zulu. even though I couldnt understand what they were saying, it was fairly easy to follow the story. It was a show about two kids who went to their grandma's everyday while their parents went to work, then this huge duck would come over and they would fly in a hot air ballon too this other place with other large animals. at the end of the show, we see the duck takin a bath then blowing out a candle to fall asleep. Any of this ring a bell to anyone? Remember this? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ubnhr1jm4... Use to love this show. Travel Tips I remember the shows you're talking about, but I don't remember what they're called. I remember being fascinated with how the duck's tail fit into his bed... I LOVED the Bionic Six!!!! BIONICS... ON!!!!! lol Others No, I'm sorry...GOOD LUCK!!! No I dont. Have you tried writing some of the lyrics into Google and doing a search? If you remember any of the characters names that would help as well. Youtube is great! I've watched Thundercats there! yes I recall the tv show, will have to think about it before I can give you a name, I recall the main character travelled through time/space and landed in different countries. the youtube clip is for bionic six, I didnt watch that show i can help with the first show you are talking about - its biblical based stories and he, John, is in a new part of the world and time each episode with a new homily to teach. They even did one in SA about a Boer family who helped a British soldier during the Boer war!!!!!!!!!!! don't think I ever knew what it was called, just when it came on. No idea at all about the second one. |
