Yes, well sort of...You have the Lemba which practise a very different version of Judiaism than in the rest of the world, and the Lemba are black (or mostly black) origin. The Lemba possess the Y chromosomes type associated with the Jewish rabbinical heritage.

However most SA Jews are "white" though anthropologically speaking the category of "white" is meaningless since some "whites" like Russian's are genetically and bone-wise a mix of Caucasoid and Mongoloid groups, while Asian-Indians have a clearly Caucasoid bone structure aren't considered "white" though per the classification of R. Think about it Jews are the "chosen" people they are special its not free for all like the christians and the islamics.
