Travel Info one of my friends overstayed her visa in the uk,now she needs to go back again but needs to find out if she will be allowed to apply for holiday visa.she called the embassy in SA and they said she should call heathrow.Then she called them and they said the only way is to apply for the actaul visa and just wait and see if they give it to her or not. Isnt there a way that she can find out before applying for visa and maybe loose all that money for nothing if they dont grant her tourist visa. Travel Tips Hi well if she is Overstay in UK she have to apply for her actual visa first i think they will not create any problem for her but it depends on period of over stay if it's with in a month then it will be no problem but if it's more then a month then they might make problem.so don't worry ask her to visit the Immigration Department before she gets into a trouble or is being caught by the police.take care and tell her not to get worry.
