No SCHooL!!!? |
Travel Info I am in South Africa and sue to striking all pupils have been sent home for about, well this is our third week off school and examinations are in about a week. What should I do (short term)? (long term)? I am dissapointed in the schooling system here and this is not the country it used to be. I have been looking at boarding in England, but is it practical. Homeschooling is not an option. So England is best sollution so far, What do you think (personally) be open. Travel Tips Simple solution : Go to a private school in South Africa. The pupils there are still going to school & the strike isn't affecting thier studies. Others it is definitely practical to go somewhere else. u can succeed n education is very important to success so dont be lazy and stick up with ur schooling system. Hello this is MR Cash If you can board in the UK, go now! You may as well do it now cause when you are done with school here you will leave anyway. Private schools are expensive here, if you have family in the uk it will be cheaper as well! Go to the UK because as Mr Cash says you will end up there or somewhere like it in a few years. The other thing to consider is the diminshing standard of education in South Africa and soon your certificates will just about qualify you to get into Nursery School elsewhere. its your life.but i would go over If you have the money go overseas. If not, start working through your text books by yourself, that way your teachers can get straight back to work without having to "recap" Just highlight the parts you dont understand so you remember to ask questions later. To the answer above ... all school were affected by the strike by week 2. Study by yourself and do not wait for educators to take you any where. If you have the opportunity to study any where or anytime take. |
