Friday Topic 1.?

Travel Info
What does your weekend consist of?

My weekend starts at 12h00 on Friday. I go home, relax a little until about 03h00 if I don't have something to do, like cleaning up after the two ladies (German Sheperd and Alsatian) in the backyard. Fetch the missus from work at 04h00 and spend Friday nights at the movies or the mall with little miss and big missus.

Saturday is work until sometimes 02h00, and then it's PARTY time. I do three things after work on Saturday, drink a little, drink a bit more and after that drink some more. Beer that is. Hansa Pilsener, Hansa MarzenGold and maybe a cider or two. Pay weekends it's either Fish Eagle and Sprite or we invite uncle Jack or his cousin Evan Williams over for a session with Appletiser. We do try and squeeze in alittle 8ball pool, of which I must say I'm the title holder in my camp. Dronk of nugter.

Sunday's is church in the morning, DVD's in the afternoon and car wash after that, then preparing for the Monday grind.

Wish i was back home to be able to live again and have weekends off, sadly it's 7 days a week for me.
Friday night consists of watching DVDs, snuggling and generally repeating how glad we are it's Friday!

Saturday is grocery shopping. sometimes we go to the libraries where I take out about 10 books and only ever end up reading two of them. Then off to visit friends and watch rugby or Karaoke where we frighten small kids and puppies with our "singing" (see also Wailing, howling etc..)

Sunday is be-butt-lazy day. Technically it is also laundry day but if I can avoid it, better believe I do! We try stretch Sunday out as long as possible before the dreaded dark day of Monday looms.
Each Weekend is different for me.

But tonight I'll go to the movies to watch Shrek 3. Tomorrow I'm cleaning house since my mother and sister will be arriving home on Sunday. The rest of my Saturday will be spend fishing.
Sunday will be church and then welcome home sussie en ma.

Next weekend I'll be in Durban, visiting an old school friend.
friday evenings are usually take aways and dvds but sometimes we go out for supper and catch a movie. saturday mornings i usually have an early driving lesson and then its shopping etc. saturday evenings are usually spent with friends (having a couple of drinks at home). sundays- early driving lesson, lunch and then the afternoon is spent with family or we will take the baby the feed the ducks at the lake and get some ice cream.
My weekend officially starts at 13:00 on a Saturday . Some shopping before we get home .I will make sure that the family car (old Isuzu d\ cab ) starts so that we can go shopping for the next weeks fruit and veg ,fire wood for braaiing the whole weekend. 17:00 I'll start the fire in the lapa ,pour my wife a glass of "four cousins" put up some music and get every thing in order before the guests arrive . Sunday in my house is strictly R&R ! I'LL buy the newspapers, make some potjiekos or a roast . After lunch is the mandatory afternoon nap. The day normaly ends with taking the kids for a iceream at the wimpy or spur .
Weekends are boring at the moment as we await the start of the new Football season and it has been p issing rain forever. Otherwise it would be on the Golf course. Better watch that habit of yours otherwise you may spend your weekends at AA meetings.
