You can't just wake up and everything is "fine". It difficult to do anything is SA when some people are all out to critisize everything you do. Look don't get me wrong constractive crisism is good but white people just critisize to distroy they only look at themselves they don't look at the bigger picture so of them take joy in seeing SA making mistakes and then how do you expect us to listen to you guys. The transition will last decades and europeans will not generally share the benefits. The same amount of time that took supporters of white minority rule that started in 1652 to 1994!!! The same amount of time that's passed since white settlers arrived on the shores of South Africa, before the country capitulated to majority rule. All of the literature and research shows sub Saharan Africans to have lower IQ levels and significantly higher levels of Psychopathy than Europeans/Caucasians and Asians. You can see it in their response to many,many issues e.g. crime where Whites are up in arms but the African response is "crime is a perception." You just have to accept that they are not as far along the civilisation continuum as we are and there is nothing that can be done in the short term to correct that. It is going to take decades and decades of exposure to a Western values driven lifestyle to get them to the point where they can begin to see the difference between acceptable and unacceptable.That is why there is no future for Whites,their children and grandchildren in South Africa unless they go backwards in their own evolution.
