1. DENIAL - it麓s just as bad everywhere else.
2. ANGER - I麓m so p!ssed off with this useless government.
3. BARGAINING - perhaps if we all try a bit harder.....
4. DEPRESSION - what will mine and my kids future be?
5. ACCEPTANCE - stay or leave!

(This is a tough question, but having been away from the forum in relative peace for a while and now returning to the ever similar scenario in the South African section I feel like I have to ask it.)

Travel Tips

Been through them all:

1. DENIAL - SA is just as good as everywhere else! Our economy isn't crashing and burning, AIDS can't be that bad...can it?

2. ANGER - *Throws darts at Mbeki's picture*

3. BARGAINING - God, strike down Our Glorious Leader and I'll do Hail Marys for a year!

4. DEPRESSION - We are all going to die

5. ACCEPTANCE - I might as well stay, not only because SA is where I was born but mostly because Home Affairs still won't give me my Passport!
Others

Between two and four. I know I left but I want to come back in a few months and give it another go. Being away is sort off a holiday but duty calls.
I am at 5 - having left, I now accept and want to return !!!!!
The problem for the Denialists is that they deny being in denial.
I would place myself at Stage 6, in the process of emigrating.
Through them all & i'm STAYING !
