A welfare office visits a woman to see if she qualifies for any welfare payments.
"How many kids?" asks the officer.
"10" she answers.
"10! What are their names?"

"Is that not confusing?" asks the officer.
"No. Actually it makes things a lot easier. I just need to shout once 'Wayne, come eat!' or
'Wayne, go sleep!' and so on"
"Now what do you do when you want to talk to an individual" queries the officer.
"Easy", answers the woman "I just call him by his surname!"
