If something has to happen at "Grass Root Level" do it mean Politicians have garden or landscaping experience? |
Travel Info Went to the gardening section at a big chain store and some stuff was "Endorsed by Keith Kirsten". Made me wonder? Travel Tips With the kind of decisions being made at government level methinks it's more having to do with the type of grass favoured by Bob Marley and other Rastafarians. Others I don't think so, look at how they annihilated the Protea! This normally relates to sport (maybe other industries as well). When they use "Grass Root Level", they actually talk about the lower levels liek school level. It simply means that action must be taken at the bottom of a situation for it to make a difference at the top. It has nothing to do with landscaping. Instead, it refers to business, politics, or the like. It means if you don麓t feed the roots the plant will not grow - Are they referring to grass or do they maybe mean weeds? THAT IS THE QUESTION?! Was he promoting grass seeds ? Or lawn mowers ? Or just a couple of sods ? Politicians love these standard time wasting/avoid the question sayings. Another one is "categorically speaking". But to answer your question, if our politicians had landscaping experience it would mean that they would be skilled in at least one trade. |
