Travel Info Any one like silver dollar city????????? Travel Tips it's ok. branson is better. Others It was Ok nothing to exciting or a place I want to go back to. I love Silver Dollar City and so do my kids. In fact they have trouble deciding if SDC or DisneyWorld is better. I've been going to SDC since the early 70s when there was nothing in Branson BUT SDC. It is not as good as it used to be but still a wonderful place to go. When I go to Branson, I go strictly for SDC. Couldn't care less about the rest of it. It's unique. It's got a down-home type atmosphere. Growing up working for Disney, I try not to compare it to Walt Disney World because it doesn't compare. But it's a neat place to visit, and they put on a really nice Christmas display, too. |
