Travel Tips You'll have to contact the airline who issued the ticket and get the ticket changed, but they will charge a fee because most airline tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable without a fee (perhaps $100) Others Just call the airline. There will likely be a charge for about $75 to change the passenger. But they can take care of everything and let you know of costs, etc. names must match, or have court proof of name change, divorce, birth certificate, etc.... in any case, it will be a headache. if the names don't match then you most likely get a problem- just call the airline in advance. If your Travel Agent has made the mistake then you may not have to pay additional fees but most likely you will have to pay a fee to have the airline change the name for you. |
