Is there a climbing structure made out of rebar and other salvaged materials? downtown St. Louis?

Travel Info
I heard about this little known structure (house?) located in the heart of a big city (St. Louis)? It's a climbing structure where you have to go up ladders, avoid holes in the floor.. kind of dangerous but fun and very interesting. I think the entire thing is made of salvaged rebar, concrete, wood and other scrap.

Travel Tips
The City Museum has Monstrocity which is a giant climbing structure. It is really for kids. I did it with mine and it scared the crap out of me, but is it AMAZING! It has two old airplanes, a bus, firetruck and lots of other stuff welded into it and it goes up what seems like 7 stories. The musuem is amazing too. It is the best museum I have ever visited. It is geared for kids, but they are open till one am on the weekends, so it might be geared for an older crowd at those times, I would hope.
