Travel Info I am planning a getaway with my boyfriend for the weekend to st louis what are some things to do? Travel Tips I've been there with my husband for a getaway. We stayed at Drury Inn Union Station. Depending on the time you go you can get a room for cheap. We liked it there and our room was very cheap compared to when it normally is. They have a breakfast so that was nice also. These aren't in any order. 1. Arch-Of course you have to go all the way to the top. The walk to the arch is great too. 2. Botanical Garden-It was free for locals cheap for non locals. There is usually a coupon somewhere for this. It was very relaxing!!! :) 3. If you like broadway's http://www.muny.com/ 4. St. Louis Science Center. I love this, although kids take tours during school. Also love the things where you go to the dome and look at the constelations. We layed there for a while. Very nice! 5. Visit the landing. One of the oldest places. They still have the coblestones in place from years ago. 6. We loved eating at the Royal Dumpe Dinner Show. Humor is not for children :) 7.
