go to modot.com for Missouri highway info

Others
try Googling the abbreviation of your state with DOT at the end, like this:

NYDOT
TENNDOT

That should let you find the Department of Transportation website for the state, and often there are links to highway information like that.

If you are a member of AAA, their website should be helpful too.
