We have camped at Knob Noster SP. They have handicapped accessible sites and facilities, as well as paved trails. Others I was stationed at Whiteman AFB in Knob Noster state park... I know they are handicapped accessible. South of 70 on 23[d] DD runs through the park. apx. 11 miles east of Warrensburg and CMSU. apx 23 west of Sedalia |
