Charles chances are you've already seen the damn arch. so here's some other ideas. non touristy bull crap. City museum is open till 1:30am on fridays and saturdays. they do indeed have a bar! and it's cool as ****. This friday (today) the ARCH RIVAL ROLLER GIRLS are haveing a party at Nel's pub with the Monads (a great band!) playing. its 5 bucks ( www.nelspub.com ) hit up the tivoli and see a good indie flick. i dont know whats there but you can check landmarktheatres.com but if those weren't to your liking, check out the Get out section in the post. or even better hit up www.riverfronttimes.com word. Source(s): i'm awesome. thats my source! Other Travel Tips Man! You're lucky. My friends all just got to go to St. Louis, and I'm stuck behind with no contact with them for days! I'd definitely see the arch, and somewhere near there, there's a neat Science Museum type thing I'd look at. St. Louis is a really neat place, I just enjoy walking around the big buildings around the arch as well. Head east down I-64 till you find Okawville, exit 41, go to TJ's bar. A fun time. The Arch: Take an elevator to the top. Fun-Town: Go-Carts & Mini Golf Six Flags: During the summer Forest Park: Science Center, Art Muesum, Zoo and So on. Soulard Area: Lots of Bars and great places to eat. Bowling Alleys: Arnold Bowl is a good one Pool halls: Nice one in Afton out hwy 30 (All ages) |
