I know that sometimes there aren't enough funds to go around there is alot of places helping right now,but are you in the city or county? you can call the dss office for city the#314-877-2000. call urban league, call s-t-e-p, call H.D.C, callcatholic charities they can help with other places in your area you can also call churches in your neighbor hood i did that and got a church off natural bridge that paid mine I'm not paying mine and suggest everybody not pay theirs either if everyone protests these bills and not pay them we will bankrupt Ameren UE and they will be forced out of opperation as the utility monopoly and a couple of dozen other power companies will start up and everything will be back to normal once there is some competition in this industry. |
