Travel Info we're looking to pay under $150 a night. bed and breakfasts, alternative hotel options are welcome too. Thanks! Travel Tips Welcome to the Show Me State! We have some really good places to stay in the STL really just depends on what you like. Here are some places in the city: The Mayfair, great service. I would not say the rooms are contemprary but, old hotel been redone, all new stuff decorated in old world charm. Very pretty! www.wyndham.com Millennium Hotel St. Louis is awsome! You get some great views of the river and arch, nice place, pool rooms are very cool! They are more of the contemporary feel. The main towers are round which gives the rooms some great views. I really like this place! www.millenniumhotels.com If you don't mind staying out of the city you can go to Harrah's. Very nice hotel, lots to do in it (it's a casino). Located about 15 mins for downtown. The Daniel Hotel is also a wonderful place. Very small hotel, has a limo, located in Clayton. Good services and very eligant rooms. Nice place, almost a bed and breakfast feel! Very Europe like. www.danielehotel.com Seven Gables is also a very nice place. The rooms are very romantic and there are a lot of great resturants around. It is located about 15 mins from downtown. They also have a resturant on site which is just wonderful! www.sevengablesinn.com/ Of course the Crowne Plaza downtown is wonderful! The rooms are new and great. The staff is wonderful, you can never go wrong with a Crowne. They have a resturant and bar, of course they have a pool. Very fancy. www.stlouishotels.crowneplaza.... www.crowneplaza.com Hyatt Regency St. Louis in Union Station, Very nice place, again has some old world charm. Very romantic and the service is wonderful! Good location depending on what you are doing, they have a lot of good walking places near by. Here is the website: www.HyattRegencyStLouis.com Union Station also has a Hard Rock. If you are interested. We do have an Adam's Mark, they can get expensive but, they have first class rooms. They have a pool on the roof which gives you great views of the city and the Arch. They are always updating their rooms. THere is a resturant and bar onsite and you can walk to alot of sites in the area. Here is their site: www.adamsmark.com The Ritz-Carlton St Louis is very nice and very new. If you have never stayed at a Ritz before this place does it right! Good food, great service, new rooms. Located in Clayton there are some really good places to go! Try out Miso, awsome! Clayton is a great area to stay in very close to downtown and has some great shops and food! I like the Ritz, they do have a pool and other amenties. Very clean. www.ritzcarlton.com Another good place is the Ws Hotel and Spa it is located in downtown, Nice place they have some really cool rooms. Located in the heart of downtown, walking distance from everything! www.wshotel.net Omni Majestic Hotel is also in downtown older building but, it has been redone and the rooms are just superb! Very nice hotel good serivce clean rooms above average on space, the bathrooms are wonderful....silly thing to say but, they are. www.omnihotels.com Renaissance St. Louis Grand and Suites. Very nice in downtown, you will not be disapointed here! Very nice place. Pool all that good stuff, very nice large rooms. Good staff. Really liked it! There are several other places to stay here, the list I gave you I have either stayed there or put family up there! Most of the Major downtown hotels are nice and have everything you are looking for! Most of the hotels durring the summer are pretty cheap unless there is a Cards/Cubs game then good luck getting a room! I would also check some of these sites: http://www.explorestlouis.com www.slcvc.com www.Expedia.com www.priceline.com www.travelocity.com The visitors center (explorestlouis.com) also has some good deals/packages on rooms they also will send you a visitors packet for free!!!!! It has coupons, maps and attractions for free check them out! Good luck with your trip! Others um idk since i live there but probably the sheraton maybe? idk Try looking at the different hotels on tripadvisor.com Real guests post pros and cons about the hotels and such there. I use it frequently for information when we are traveling. |
