What types of dangerous creatures are in Illinois?

Travel Info
I'm considering a move to Springfield Illinois. If I move there, what kind of poisionous or hazardous animals will I need to watch for? Snakes, spiders, mamals?

Travel Tips
Nothing to really worry about. Some rural areas will have rattlesnakes, water moccasins, and brown recluse spiders. But they are few and far in between.
Others
politicians, mainly republicans.
The most dangerous thing in Illinois is the morons who live there. Watch out for your neighbors, especially Illini basketballl fans. Stupid.
Look out for the infamous std ridden project jig.
the skunkape!!!
Flying squirrels.... watch out for them!
While there are some dangerous snakes and some mosquitoes that carry West Nile virus, for the most part Illinois is a very safe place. Probably the single most dangerous thing is deer, which can be a serious traffic hazard in rural and suburban areas.
