Why do people in saint louis missouri rollerskate better than anyone in the WORLD ? |
Travel Info Saint Louis rollerskaters are just so smooth with it! Travel Tips We are born that way. The chemicals in the water here help out too. No I agree that it has to do with having nothing better to do esp. in the winter. There are alot of things to see here but litte to do. Air balloons in a field, planes flying around, museums, race tracks, movie's. I hate watching stuff. So we skate, bike, skateboard, or jog until we are too tired to do anything but look and watch. Others They obviously spend a lot of time perfecting their skill. Not in the winter, though (I've been there, too much snow)...I wonder if they ice-skate equally well. I live in St. Louis, and I can't rollerskate! It's a regional thing. ~ Because as kids we were all stuck in the basement playing because it was too cold outside. That, my friend, is where we learned to rollerskate! I'm assuming it has to do with not very many family-oriented indoor activities to do in the long winter months. St. Louis is also home to the bowling hall of fame. See what I mean?? i live in st.louis and i cant skate that well - i cant even skate backwards there are alot of places to rollerblade like Creve Coeur park and roller rinks. I live in an area where there are not alot of places to rollerblade so I see people doing it in parking lots. |
