Can any one suggest me till what point the bus service works on I 70? |
Travel Info I am moving from charlotte to St Louis, In charlotte CATS (bus service) provides facility to commute from different cities by providing exclusive vans. I was wondering any kind of such facility is availible from Wentzville/St Peters to St Louis downtown ? Thanks in advance Travel Tips There's nothing available from Wentzville... The closest commuter bus line is the St. Charles SCAT bus. It has a commuter shuttle from some of the Park n Ride lots in St. Charles and heads to the North Hanley MetroLink station. You will have to call the Metro Bus line to get the times, bu t when I drove for a cab company, I picked up several times at the commeter lot at Mid Rivers. Check out VisitMo.com, they might have some info or a number for you. If you go to the metrolink website for St. Louis you'll find maps of all the bus routes. Here is the link for you: http://www.metrostlouis.org/ The metrolink goes as far West as the STL Airport, which is quite far from St. Peters. If you can get a ride to the airport or a metrostop then travel into downtown is quite easy. If you travel at night on the metrolink/buses then take a buddy!! St. Louis can be a dangerous city, I've lived around it and I know firsthand! Also beware of construction on Interstate 64 right now. This has been nothing but a huge mess and traffic around St. Louis is very hectic right now. |
