Good parks in the St Louis (specifically High Ridge) area?

I'm nannying for a family that just moved. So none of us really know any good places to go around here. The kids are 10 and 7 and I'm looking for a park with a nice playground to take them to. Anyone have any suggestions?

I can't think of any in High Ridge, but Fenton Park is just down the road and very easy to get to. Its a great park, has plenty of playgrounds, bike trails, tennis courts, and ball fields. There are plenty of parks in the St. Louis area, just call the parks department and they can help you. Source(s): from that area
