What Do I Do IF I Have An ARKANSAS License And I'm moving TO ST.LOUIS? |
Travel Info Im moving to st.louis, i have an arkansas licenses. Do I pay or retake the test... thanks Devohn~ Travel Tips I just moved to Missouri last year so I think I can help. I went to the DMV (I am not sure where it is in St. Louis but I am sure that Map Quest knows, they know everything.) with my current license my social security card, birth certificate, and a utility bill showing my name on the address in Missouri that was living at. Trust me when I say you will need all these things or they will not give you a license. You will of course need money, I just don't remember how much. If you are going to register your vehicle, which I assume you are, in addition to your current registration and proof of insurance you will need an to have the vehicle inspected. This can be done at just about any car dealership and costs about $20. They will give you a document to take in when you register (this is done every two years odd or even depending on the year of your car) also you will have to go do the county court house and get a piece of paper saying that you do not owe any state taxes. I know in St. Joe the place you register your vehicle is the same as the DMV just two different lines. I hope that this helps you out if not I just wasted a lot of time ha ha.
