I would like to look into a temporary overseas position, kinda like an exchange student program 4 the family.?

It would be great to have a temporary assignment (none of our area businesses do such things) to help the family live in another country and learn to be better global citizens. Nothing permanent, just a year or two...Anyone have any ideas on how to look into this type of idea? (I would keep it somewhat easy on the family with a location like Great Britain, Ireland or Australia.) This is in important question for US citizens but I'd like to see if any of the international Yahoo members have any feedback.
