I've lived in Sydney all my life and I'm not aware of a Mexican quarter anywhere here, there are many south American communities here but there mainly from Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Columbia etc. My advice would be to contact the Mexican Consulate in Sydney or Canberra or an authentic Mexican resturant in Sydney and ask questions.
