Who's the biggest and best winery in the Sydney, Australia area?

You won't find a winery in Sydney, you need to either go to the hunter valley ( biggest wine region in NSW) , the blue mountains ( mudgee) or down south ( a little everywhere).

I think that either Rosemount or Lindeman are the best known ones.( they get a lot of awards) but we love discovering the smaller wineries so it would be a shame to go straight to the big ones and miss out on this experience.
