Get a working holiday visa if you are aged between 18-30
As they told you above, and try practicing your english as much as you can, it will increase your chances of finding employment.
I am certainly no expert in this field and think you should visit our immigration page on the Internet. The two major ways that I have heard of is; having a qualification that there is a shortage of in Australia and I believe a back packing working visa but I wouldn't have a clue how either works.

I should have mentioned that Semi Trailer drivers are in short supply and have seen trucking companies advertise overseas. If you can find one that requires your skills than they should give you the required paperwork and sponsor you. Why not Google Australian Trucking or Transport companies. You may find vacencies.
