Shopping in sydney? |
Travel Info What are the best markets and factory outlets to check out in sydney? Travel Tips Hi Trixi, There are shopping tours that you can do around the east/south of Sydney that take you to 'factory outlets' there are also some in Homebush (Direct Factory Outlet www.dfo.com.au), Birkenhead Point and Haymarket, however, I have found that they really aren't worth bothering about. You are better off during sales, or just shopping around Pitt Street/QVB, much better selection (styles and sizes particularly) and prices aren't much better at the 'factory outlets'. Others Foveaux St across the road from Central Station has a lot of factory outlets and there are more in Redfern. Go to Oxford street. Its shopping paradise! =] http://www.birkenheadpoint.com.au/... http://westfield.com/bondijunction/... http://www.dfo.com.au/ http://www.haymarket.com.au/view/...
