Travel Tips While it is possible to buy a ticket on the Sky Safari, most people get a combined ticket from Circular Quay which includes return ferry across the harbour, a bus or the sky safari to the top of the zoo and zoo entry. From what I can discover, the package, including the sky safari, is $32. The bus is cheaper. Unless you have a perverse view of things, don't even think of walking up through the zoo. It is a very steep hill. If you are going by car, you park at the top and then get the bus or the sky safari back to the top after walking down through the zoo. The fare can be included in your zoo entry fee. If you haven't been to the zoo before, take a few minutes at the top to plan your expedition to see what you want to see. You don't want to arrive at the bottom to find you missed the koalas which are near the top. I think, however, that one pass for the sky safari allows for multiple trips should you need to go back and start again. Others Hi, The sky safari (cable car ride) is included in the price of your entry ticket. You can ride it as many times as you like when you are in the zoo. There are several packages you can do for your visit to Taronga Zoo. My 2 kids did the overnight stay and they loved it.
