Sydney 3 Months Accommodation?

I am currently seeking a responsible person / couple to rent my apartment for 3 months September to November 2007 while I am away overseas.

Beautiful location Woolwich ferry / bus to the city. Rent $275 per week (significantly discounted for the right person / couple!). Apartment is 2 bedroom (1 room used as study) and furnished.

Please answer if you are interested or know anyone else who is.

That sounds very cheap for a 2 bedroom apartment ! I'm just trying to place Woolwich Eastern Suburbs or Lower Nth Shore ? Im actually thinking of Greenwhich, im in North Sydney work in Real Estate, its important to check people out thoroughly, including employer contacts, references, bond and you may even photocopy their drivers license. I do know someone who would be interested, email me if you like !
