The most famous one is le cordon bleu. The most important thing is to make sure they are a registered training organisation (RTO) with VETAB, as they are a lot of dodgy people around. The fees are steep, and it is important to try and find a job to practise whilst at college, as many chefs I have employed from these colleges have terrible english, and no confidence cooking.
