What is zip code for sydney australia? |
Travel Info I am selling a doll on ebay and someone from there wants to know if I will mail to them. I need to know how much it will cost. Thanks. Travel Tips We call them post codes, not zip codes. Sydney central district is 2000. The surrounding areas have their own, so it depends whether you want to mail something to Sydney or a suburb of. As for the cost, you will have to check with your local post office as you don't say where you are from. Are we to assume>>> I sent a package not long ago to San Francisco and it cost AU $60, but it all depends on the size of your parcel as well. Others Don't worry about it. Each country has it's own code but you have almost 100% chance of getting the mail through without the "zip" code. You can look up any Australian post code at: http://www1.auspost.com.au/postcodes/... http://www1.auspost.com.au/postcodes/... Take the package including the doll to the post office and let it weigh, ask how much this is to Australia. The postcode should be told you by the person who gets the doll. How in the world shouod you be able to know this? As already said, central district is 2000, and the other suburbs have own ones, all starting with "2..." - having 4 numbers. Being German, had been to OZ so often and have friends down under. zip codes are called post codes in Australia Sydney is 2000 go to a post office they will fix you up |
