I would like to visit Blue Mountains and the tour costs $120. May I ask instructions as Do-it-yourself tour?

Travel Info
I would like to visit Blue Mountains and the tour costs $120. May I ask instructions as Do-it-yourself tour?

Travel Tips
Get a Blue Mountains Explorer ticket at Central station for $42.50. A train will take you to Katoomba station. At Katoomba you join an explorer bus which takes you, hop on hop off, to 30 different mountain destinations. Great day out.

If thats too expensive just get a train to Katoomba and make your own way around the mountains.

Others
That's quite expensive - shop around to get a better price.

If there's a few of you then I'd suggest you hire a car for the day and drive out and see the mountains. For an itinerary, pick up one of the Tour brochures and just copy that.
